Instructions

1. Install battery in motor unit of Trolling Bobber by unsnapping the front white compartment of motor unit. Install battery as shown and snap on compartment.
.
2. Attach line from fishing pole to the snap swivel marked as Hook line from Fishing Pole here.
3. Make sure a leader is connected to the top of the bobber, and is snapped into the Rudder slot. This will help keep the bobber in the intended direction.
4. Attach your bait to bottom of leader. For the Standard Trolling Bobber use only light weight bait (worms, plastic worms, etc.). The dual motor Heavy Duty Bobber will pull heavier baits (spinning lures, etc).
5. Turn on motor by rotating the white battery compartment until the arrow lines up with the arrow on the red motor compartment.
6. Make sure the rudder is pointing as straight as possible if that is your intended movement.
7. Lower the Trolling Bobber into the water (Try to practice tossing it is without tangling the line). Once the bobber is in the water and is not tangled, your bobber will start pulling away. Your line will tighten and it is now time to correct the intended direction. Tug sideways on your pole until the bobber is pointing in the correct direction. Release the fishing line.
